Free UK delivery on orders over £60, free click & collect from our Otley shop, and returns within 28 days.
Delivery
- Free UK delivery on orders over £60.
- On orders under £60 the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Orders are sent from our shop in Otley.
- Most items are dispatched straight away. Where a size says usually dispatched within 5–7 days, please allow a little longer. If anything changes we will email you.
Click & collect
- Free. Choose click & collect at checkout and collect from Yorkshire Runner, 38 Bondgate, Otley LS21 1AD.
- We will email you when your order is ready to collect.
Returns
- You can return items within 28 days of receiving them.
- Items must be unworn and returned with all their original packaging and tags.
- Return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
- Please include your order number. Send returns to: Yorkshire Runner, 38 Bondgate, Otley LS21 1AD.
- Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method.
- You are also welcome to bring an online order back to the shop.
Faulty items
- If you think an item is faulty, please email info@yorkshirerunner.com with photos of the fault and your order number, and we will advise on the next steps.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
